Karabo’s heading for the exit leaves viewers with concerns.

The departure of Connie Ferguson who plays the well known leading role of Karabo Moroka in Generation The Legacy shocked viewers. The executive producer of the soapie, Mfundi Mvundla, released a statement that says Connie Ferguson is leaving Generations The Legacy peacefully to work on her projects that needs her to focus on them with full attention.
This will not be the first time Ferguson leaves Generations, this follows after she was with the 16 core cast member that were fired following strike action. She was then approached to return to the soapie.
Ferguson confirmed in TGM Entertainments about her leaving the soapie. Generations The Legacy team wishes her all the best. She said she could see Mfundi Mvundla hurt to the core about her leaving generations.
Viewers of the soapie are left with concerns about the future of Generation The Legacy, since Karabo Moroka is one of the main characters and also a legend in the industry. Mfundi Mvundla that he has nothing to hold back for the departure of Connie Ferguson, he praises her.

Connie Ferguson has not yet disclosed the names of the projects she is working on.
